Damaged Items and Printing Errors
If your item is delivered to your residence and you notice that it has a printing error, is damaged, was printed with the incorrect template or was printed with someone else's pet by mistake, we will offer two options.
1. We can offer a full refund for the entire purchase price.
2. We can recreate your item and send it to you free of charge.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is completed within 24 hours after the purchase is made. To cancel an order please send an email within 24 hours of purchasing to email@example.com or visit our Contact Us page to get in touch.
The products we provide to our customers are unique one-of-a-kind items that are personalized and custom made for each customer. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds for items that are manufactured and delivered as described in our store unless the order is cancelled within 24 hours after the purchase is made.
